Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing gives you 2 months free (about 17% off). Ranger drops from $5/mo to $50/year ($4.17/mo). Pathfinder drops from $10/mo to $100/year ($8.33/mo).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period — no partial refunds, no lock-in.
How does price drop alerting work?
Pathfinder members can set a target price on any watchlisted product. When our price feeds detect a drop to or below your target, you receive an email within 15 minutes.
How do gear add requests work?
Ranger members can submit one request per week. Pathfinder members get priority processing — typically within 3 business days. We verify the product exists and score it through the standard GearScore™ process.
How is the community discount verified?
We operate on the honor system. Simply check the applicable box during registration or at checkout. No verification required — we never ask for documents or credentials.
